still no internet

sorry, this isn't very exciting, but we still don't have internet at home, so i'm trying to fill in real quick at grandma's (my mom). we've been moving in all week (feels like forever). we're just about set up. we still don't have internet though, which is very frustrating. i've been trying to upload pics so i could put a few on, but i can't get the camera to cooperate with the computer... soon though, i promise! then i'll be more in touch! (if anyone wants a phone number, email me)

Moving to Texas

well, it's official, we're gone! the girls and i arrived in texas yesterday (it is really, really, really nice to have grandma f so close!) we're staying with my family til paul gets here with the truck, he left globe this morning, so he'll hopefully arrive friday noon-ish. then we'll start to move in friday afternoon, and be moved in enough saturday to live there through the weekend. hopefully.

anyways, we'll post pictures sooner or later, it'll probably take a week or so before we get internet at home. we'll definately miss globe though, we've made so many friends there! it was probably one of the nicest places i've lived when it comes to the people, i felt like i'd been there forever, even though it was just 2 years. thanks to all our friends, and good luck in globe/miami.

big baby

yesterday was rayna's check-up, she's 2 months old, and the verdict is, she's big. this comes as no surprise to me, as i carry her around most of the time... but it was nice to have the doctor confirm what i already thought, she's long: 24.5 inches, well above the 95 %ile for her age (average for a baby twice her age), and nearly 12.5 lbs, about at the 95 %ile.
