so if everything works out as planned, i think we'll have a house to move into in MD. it's not much bigger than the rental we have now, but it has a big back yard, so we're excited about that! it's a split-level with a basement. the kids requested a big backyard, and claimed nothing else mattered, so hopefully they'll be happy. it's got a tiny kitchen, so that'll be exciting for me, but all in all, we're super excited, and almost ready for visitors (i guess we'd better move first!).
