afton's been asking daily (for probably a month now) about everyone's birthdays (when's daddy's bitday? grandma williamson's, missy's, miss teresa's, and just about everyone else that she knows). she's pretty good about remembering the months, though i still think she has no clue what they mean. today she had a fun breakthrough though.

"oh, set-ember... and naomi's set-ember too"
--no, naomi's birthday is december, afton's is September, naomi's is December
"ooooh, attin's bitday SEPTEMBER, naomi's bitday D-September"
