I did mine with the Paint program on our computer, but it's hard to do. You may be better going with Picasa. In fact, maybe I would be better doing that too!
There is a new online photoshop like editor called Falcon by aviary...haven't used it yet, but might be worth a shothttp://aviary.com/home
